Why one price, not five tiers

Compliance tools should not require a procurement review. The incumbent in the UK TPS market charges roughly the same per year, locks you into an annual contract, and writes a single combined status to each record. TPSClear is billed monthly, real-time instead of overnight, and gives a separate verdict per phone field. The price is honest about its costs: the DMA list cleaner licence alone runs roughly £3,300 a year plus VAT before any infrastructure or staff time, and £295 a month per customer covers the licence, the infrastructure, the support, and the non-HubSpot CRM integrations we are building. No teaser rate that jumps later, no "contact us for pricing" to negotiate. If it is not earning its keep, cancel; you are out next month.

High volume and enterprise

The fair-use ceiling is high enough that no realistic UK sales team or outbound centre will reach it on organic load. Enterprise call-centre volumes (millions of screens a month) and enterprise needs (SLA, DPA, on-prem deployment, custom retention, SSO, and multi-portal install) are handled under a custom agreement.
